Una cápsula para el alma: Listen to Me! Speak to Me! (1)

Listen. Understand. Ponder. Absorb. Put in practice. I know it is difficult to listen to Me when your head is full of sounds. There must be silence, there must be the desert. We are shocked at the aridity of the void. Yet if you are faithful, if you persevere, your well-Beloved, as you know, will make His voice heard, your heart will burn and this wholly inner ardor will bring you peace and fruitfulness. You will relish then at what point your Lord is gracious, at what point His burden is light. You will experience, beyond the time you devote to me exclusively, the reality of Dilectus meus mihi et ego illi (my beloved is mine, and I am his).

Despite obstacles, repulsions or temptations of faintheartedness, the more the moments you seek Me and find Me in order to listen to Me the mre My response will become perceptible, the more My Spirit will animate you and suggest not only what I ask you to say, but what I propose you do-quite certain then that what you will say and what you will do will be fruitful.

My Word and this light which is its effect, give their true place to everything in the synthesis of My immense love, eternal though it be, but not al all lessening the value of each being and of each event.

Your mission is not only to endeavor to insert Me in all that us human, but to facilitate for Me the assumption of all that is human so that I may consecrate it to the glory of My Father.

Look at Me. Speak to Me. Listen to Me.
I am not only the Witness to truth, but Truth itself.
I am not only the Way of life, but Life itself.
I am not only Ray of light, but Light itself.
He who communicates whit Me, communicates with Truth. He who receives Me, receives Life. He who follows Me, walks along the pathway of light, and the light which I am increases in him.

Yes, speak to Me spontaneously about everything troubling you. Y leave a wide margin for your initiative. Do not think that what troubles you can leave me indifferent, for you are something of Mine. What is essential for you is not to be unmindful of Me, but to speak to Me with fulness of love and with all the confidence of which you are now capable.

I speak to you, to the innermost depths of your soul where your mind is enriched by communion whit Mine. You have no need to distinguish clearly right away what I say to you. What is important is the filling of your mind my thoughts. Afterwards you will be able to interpet and express them.

Those who never hear Me and who deplorably harden their hearts are ti be pitied. Ah! if they only came to Me whit a little child’s soul. I thank You, Father because you have hidden these things from the proud, and have revealed them to little and the humble. If anyone feels lowly, let him come to Me and drink. Yes, let him drink the milk of My thinking.

Be ever the alert. It is I who can give the light you so pressingly need. It is in My light your spirit will be fortified, your thoughts clarified, the solutions of the problems you face seen.
